Advanced ESG Solutions Platform

SNG & Partners has collaborated with Singapore-based net zero software as a service (SaaS) platform Snowkap to deliver envionmental, social, governance and legal (ESG+L) solutions.

Rajesh Gupta, chairman of SNG & Partners said, “By combining our legal expertise with Snowkap’s advanced technological solutions, we are poised to offer unprecedented support to organisations striving to meet their ESG goals.”

Rajesh Patel, co-founder and chairman of Snowkap along with co-founder Giri Krishnaswamy, said in a joint statement, “Partnering with SNG & Partners allows Snowkap to expand our reach and impact within the ESG landscape.

“Together, we will disrupt traditional methods and introduce cutting-edge tools and strategies that empower businesses to achieve greater transparency and sustainability.”

SNG & Partners has analysed more than 4,000 ESG data points from Indian laws. The firm combined this data with Snowkap’s advanced ESG analytics to create a comprehensive platform to support global organisations in their sustainability journey.

The partnership will focus on manufacturing and consumer businesses, and financial institutions. Utilising tech-enabled products and managed services, the partnership will help businesses with carbon accounting, supply chain greenhouse gas analysis, product carbon footprint, ESG reports, supply chain ESG analysis, and ESG assessments and monitoring both pre- and post-deal.

The team from SNG & Partners includes associate partner Jahnavi Dwarkadas, senior associate Rachit Munjal and associate Manan Pant who will assist Gupta in this collaboration.

Martin Malmros, principal sustainability architect and another co-founder of Snowkap along with Ambalika Gupta VP, sustainability, will work closely with Patel and Krishnaswamy.

Snowkap provides a Saas platform to help companies improve their ESG performance and reduce their carbon footprint.
