International and Domestic Law Firm. Established in May 2010, the Taipei office has more than 60 lawyers and about 100 legal professionals who are licensed to practice in Taiwan, China, the US and/or the UK, and have proven experience working for international and local clients.

In particular, as for the cross-border M&A, with Dentons’ global channel and our specialties, Dentons Taiwan is specialised in both outbound M&A for Taiwan-listed companies to acquire foreign targets and inbound M&A for foreign clients, including private equity firms and multinational companies, to acquire Taiwanese targets.
