Introduction

Tran Duy Canh is one of the founding members and currently the managing partner of Dentons LuatViet (formerly LuatViet), based in Ho Chi Minh City. With more than 20 years in practice, he is well regarded by international and leading local corporations for his wealth of experience in corporate law, construction, capital market, and real estate, focusing on M&A transactions, litigation and arbitration.

Canh is the official arbitrator of the Vietnam International Vietnam Arbitration Center (VIAC), the largest arbitration body in the country. He is proud to have unique insights earned from years of working as both a lawyer and arbitrator for various cases. Notable cases he has handled include a major dispute relating to a share purchase agreement and a white-collar criminal defence involving several Vietnamese banks.
