style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u8fd1\u671f\u51e0\u4e2a\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u91cd\u7533\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5177\u6709\u5408\u540c\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u5728\u786e\u7acb\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u5408\u540c\u610f\u5411\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5efa\u7b51\u4e1a\u4ef2\u88c1\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08CIAC\uff09\u7684\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u867d\u7136\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u662f\u4ee5\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u610f\u601d\u81ea\u6cbb\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #353535;\">CIAC\u7684\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_435649\" (2024)\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c<\/em>\u627f\u5305\u5546\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u5206\u5305\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u7531\u5206\u5305\u5546\u4e3a\u62df\u5efa\u9879\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u90e8\u5206\u6280\u672f\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u987b\u5ba1\u7406\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cCIAC\u5bf9\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u662f\u5426\u8fd8\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u8be5\u6848\u4e2d\uff0cFleet Marine Cable Solutions\uff08FMCS\uff09\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u627f\u8bfa\u4e3a\u62df\u5efa\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5149\u7ea4\u6d77\u5e95\u7535\u7f06\u7f51\u7edc\u9879\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u5b9a\u6280\u672f\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u4e3a\u5c65\u884c\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u5408\u540c\u4e49\u52a1\uff0cFMCS\u53c8\u4e0eMJAS Zenith Geomapping and Surveying Services\uff08MJAS\uff09\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5c06\u90e8\u5206\u4efb\u52a1\u5206\u5305\u7ed9MJAS\u3002\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u9879\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u7ea6\u5b9a\u5982\u51fa\u73b0\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4f1a\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FMCS\u6700\u7ec8\u4ee5MJAS\u5ef6\u8bef\u3001\u5c65\u7ea6\u4e0d\u529b\u53ca\u5f03\u7f6e\u9879\u76ee\u4e3a\u7531\u7ec8\u6b62\u4e86\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5e76\u5411CIAC\u63d0\u8d77\u4ef2\u88c1\u3002MJAS\u5bf9CIAC\u7684\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u63d0\u51fa\u5f02\u8bae\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u662f\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\u5e76\u975e\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4e89\u8bae\u5e76\u975e\u56e0\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5883\u5185\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6d3b\u52a8\u4ea7\u751f\uff0c\u6216\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CIAC\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u652f\u6301\u4e86MJAS\u7684\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u4ee5\u65e0\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u4e3a\u7531\u9a73\u56de\u4e86FMCS\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u3002FMCS\u968f\u540e\u8bc9\u8bf8\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u5bf9\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u63d0\u51fa\u5f02\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u63f4\u5f15\u201c\u81ea\u88c1\u7ba1\u8f96\u201d\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86CIAC\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7684\u65e0\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u786e\u7acbCIAC\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u8981\u6c42\u662f\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8be5\u5408\u540c\u5e76\u975e\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u4e3b\u5408\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u672c\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\u6240\u6d89\u4ea4\u6613\u53ca\u7531\u6b64\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u5e76\u975e\u5efa\u7b51\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\u4ec5\u8868\u8fbe\u4e86\u53cc\u65b9\u672a\u6765\u5efa\u8bbe\u5149\u7ea4\u6d77\u5e95\u7535\u7f06\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u610f\u5411\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\u8fd8\u662f\u5206\u5305\u534f\u8bae\u5747\u672a\u6d89\u53ca\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u6b64\u524d\u5df2\u5c06\u201c\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u7a0b\u201d\u754c\u5b9a\u4e3a\u201c\u6240\u6709\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u7684\u73b0\u573a\u4f5c\u4e1a\uff0c\u4ece\u571f\u5730\u6e05\u7406\u5230\u7ae3\u5de5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6316\u6398\u3001\u642d\u5efa\u3001\u7ec4\u88c5\u548c\u8bbe\u5907\u5b89\u88c5\u7b49\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u8be5\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u5730\u65b9\u6c34\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\uff08Local Water Utilities Administration\uff0cLWUA\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u56fd\u6709\u6216\u56fd\u6709\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e0e\u5e03\u56fe\u5b89\u5e02\u6c34\u52a1\u5c40\uff08BCWD\uff09\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u91d1\u878d\u63f4\u52a9\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u65bd\u4f9b\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u8be5\u5408\u540c\u4e0b\uff0cLWUA\u662fBCWD\u7684\u201c\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u201d\uff0c\u88ab\u6388\u6743\u8d1f\u8d23\u9879\u76ee\u571f\u5efa\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u62db\u6807\u3001\u6388\u6807\u3001\u9879\u76ee\u5ba1\u6279\u548c\u6388\u4e88\u5f00\u5de5\u8bb8\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LWUA\u968f\u540e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u62db\u6807\u5e76\u5c06\u9879\u76ee\u6388\u4e88RD Policarpio and Co\uff08RDPC\uff09\u3002BCWD\u4e0eRDPC\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5408\u540c\u83b7LWUA\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RDPC\u5411CIAC\u63d0\u8d77\u4ef2\u88c1\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5c06LWUA\u548cBCWD\u5217\u4e3a\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff0c\u79f0\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u672a\u652f\u4ed8\u5408\u540c\u6b3e\u9879\u3002\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u652f\u6301\u4e86RDPC\u7684\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u8ba4\u5b9aLWUA\u4e0eBCWD\u5bf9RDPC\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u627f\u62c5\u8fde\u5e26\u8d23\u4efb\u3002LWUA\u5728\u539f\u6551\u6d4e\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u7684\u4e0a\u8bc9\u5931\u8d25\u540e\uff0c\u53c8\u8bc9\u8bf8\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u5b9a\uff0cLWUA\u5728\u4fc3\u6210\u5e76\u6279\u51c6BCWD\u4e0eRDPC\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u5c65\u884c\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u76d1\u7ba1\u804c\u80fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6c11\u4e8b\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0a\u8ff0\u884c\u4e3a\uff0cLWUA\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u5730\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u5408\u540c\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3aBCWD\u8d37\u6b3e\u4eba\u5728\u91d1\u878d\u63f4\u52a9\u5408\u540c\u4e0b\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #353535;\"><strong>\u6709\u5173\u53f8\u6cd5\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u6f84\u6e05<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6cd5\u9662\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8ba4\u5b9a\uff0c\u9274\u4e8eLWUA\u8fd9\u4e2a\u201c\u4ee3\u7406\u201d\u88ab\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u548c\u5b9e\u9645\u884c\u4f7f\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u548c\u8303\u56f4\uff0cLWUA\u4e0d\u7eaf\u7cb9\u662fBCWD\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u5f53\u4e8b\u65b9\u7684\u5408\u540c\u5b89\u6392\u53ca\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u7b7e\u7ea6\u65f6\u548c\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0cLWUA\u5e94\u4e0eBCWD\u627f\u62c5\u8fde\u5e26\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
