2030\uff09\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u6210\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u9886\u5148\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u8d44\u6e90\u521b\u9020\u8d22\u5bcc\uff0c\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u5176\u5168\u7403\u4ef7\u503c\u94fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e2023\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u65b0\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u84dd\u56fe\u300b\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u653f\u5e9c\u8ba1\u5212\u4ee5\u4efb\u52a1\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\uff0c\u7740\u529b\u63a8\u52a821\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u57df\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u76f8\u5173\u884c\u4e1a\u5305\u62ec\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u7535\u6c14\u7535\u5b50\u3001\u6570\u5b57\u548c\u4fe1\u901a\u6280\u672f\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u3001\u5236\u836f\u548c\u6c7d\u8f66\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u3001\u5168\u7403\u4e0e\u4e13\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u6a61\u80f6\u548c\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"vantage-orange\"> \u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u9009\u62e9\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\uff1f<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_443642\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-443642\" justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u62e5\u6709\u4f17\u591a\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u7d27\u5bc6\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u5177\u6709\u7684\u6218\u7565\u533a\u4f4d\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u4eab\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u548c\u5168\u7403\u8d38\u6613\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f5c\u4e3a\u901a\u5f80\u4e1c\u76df\u7684\u95e8\u6237\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u76ee\u524d\u81f3\u5c11\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e8614\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u548c\u53cc\u8fb9\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u4e5f\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u65b0\u3001\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u96c6\u56e2\u2014\u2014\u300a\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08RCEP\uff09\u7684\u7b7e\u7f72\u56fd\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5305\u62ec10\u4e2a\u4e1c\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u548c5\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u4f19\u4f34\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u662f\u4eab\u6709\u76db\u8a89\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u56fd\u9645\u76ee\u7684\u5730\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6709\u6765\u81ea50\u591a\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u76845000\u591a\u5bb6\u5916\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u9a6c\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u3001\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u652f\u6301\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5916\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5feb\u901f\u5efa\u7acb\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u673a\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u51ed\u85c9\u7a33\u5065\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u4fbf\u5229\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u4f18\u60e0\u7684\u4eb2\u5546\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u4f17\u591a\u8457\u540d\u8de8\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u533a\u57df\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u5168\u7403\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u534e\u4e3a\u3001\u96c0\u5de2\u3001\u82f1\u7279\u5c14\u3001\u590f\u666e\u3001\u535a\u6717\u3001\u5b9c\u5bb6\u3001\u5927\u4f17\u548c\u5b9d\u9a6c\u7b49\u5168\u7403\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u5de8\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5750\u62e5\u4e94\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d70\u5eca\uff1a\u4f9d\u65af\u5e72\u8fbe\u7279\u533a\u3001\u4e1c\u6d77\u5cb8\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u3001\u5317\u90e8\u8d70\u5eca\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u3001\u6c99\u5df4\u53d1\u5c55\u8d70\u5eca\u548c\u7802\u635e\u8d8a\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u8d70\u5eca\u3002\u5404\u5927\u8d70\u5eca\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u6761\u6b3e\u5747\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u4fc3\u8fdb\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u4e14\u63d0\u4f9b\u91cd\u5927\u5546\u4e1a\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"vantage-orange\">\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0e\u4e92\u8054\u4e92\u901a<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u6301\u7eed\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5efa\u8bbe\u548c\u6539\u9020\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u62e5\u6709500\u591a\u4e2a\u4e13\u7528\u5de5\u4e1a\u56ed\u533a\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u5de5\u4e1a\u56ed\u533a\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u8fd8\u6709\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u7535\u4fe1\u6280\u672f\u3001\u6301\u7eed\u6269\u5f20\u7684\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u7f51\u7edc\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u6d77\u6e2f\u548c\u5e7f\u53d7\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u673a\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5df4\u751f\u6e2f\u548c\u4e39\u620e\u5e15\u62c9\u5e15\u65af\u6e2f\uff08PTP\uff09\u88ab\u4e16\u754c\u822a\u8fd0\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5217\u5165\u5168\u740320\u5927\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u6e2f\u53e3\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5df4\u751f\u6e2f\u6392\u540d\u7b2c12\u4f4d\uff0c\u800c\u4e39\u620e\u5e15\u62c9\u5e15\u65af\u6e2f\u4e5f\u662f\u533a\u57df\u8f6c\u8fd0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u62e5\u67096\u4e2a\u56fd\u9645\u673a\u573a\u300116\u4e2a\u56fd\u5185\u673a\u573a\u548c18\u4e2a\u77ed\u8ddd\u8d77\u964d\u673a\u573a\uff0c\u53ef\u6ee1\u8db3\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u5ba2\u8fd0\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u5168\u7403\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u548c\u822a\u7a7a\u8def\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span Talent Competitiveness Index 2022\uff09\u4e0a\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5728133\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e2d\u7684\u6392\u540d\u4e0a\u5347\u81f3\u7b2c45\u4f4d\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u8be5\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u57f9\u517b\u884c\u4e1a\u4eba\u624d\u65b9\u9762\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\uff08HRDF\uff09\u4e5f\u4e3a\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u63d0\u4f9b\u884c\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\u3002\u5411\u8be5\u57fa\u91d1\u7f34\u6b3e\u7684\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u83b7\u5f97\u57fa\u91d1\u62e8\u6b3e\u6765\u652f\u4ed8\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u57f9\u8bad\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u4e0b\u5c5e\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u804c\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08National Vocational Training Council\uff09\uff0c\u5219\u8d1f\u8d23\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u534f\u8c03\u6240\u6709\u57f9\u8bad\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u89c4\u5212\u548c\u5236\u5b9a\u804c\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\u4e0e\u884c\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\u7684\u8bfe\u7a0b\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6301\u7eed\u5236\u5b9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u804c\u4e1a\u6280\u80fd\u6807\u51c6\uff08NOSS\uff09\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u5df2\u6db5\u76d6800\u591a\u9879\u8bc1\u4e66\u3001\u6587\u51ed\u548c\u9ad8\u7ea7\u6587\u51ed\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"vantage-orange\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u91c7\u7528\u6258\u4f26\u65af\u5236\u5ea6\uff08Torrens System\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u7684\u4ea7\u6743\u548c\u4ea4\u6613\u767b\u8bb0\u3002\u767b\u8bb0\u6587\u4ef6\u6ce8\u660e\u4ea7\u6743\u4eba\u540d\u79f0\/\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u6743\u5f97\u4ee5\u767b\u8bb0\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u571f\u5730\u6839\u636e\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c5e\u4e8e\u201c\u5de5\u4e1a\u201d\u7c7b\u522b\uff0c\u8be5\u571f\u5730\u53ea\u80fd\u7528\u4e8e\u5de5\u4e1a\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5de5\u5382\u3001\u8f66\u95f4\u3001\u94f8\u9020\u5382\u3001\u4ed3\u5e93\u3001\u7801\u5934\u3001\u94c1\u8def\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u5efa\u9020\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u7528\u4e8e\u6216\u6d89\u53ca\u4e0b\u5217\u4e00\u9879\u6216\u591a\u9879\u7528\u9014\uff1a\u8d27\u7269\u6216\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u5236\u9020\u3001\u51b6\u70bc\u3001\u53d1\u7535\u6216\u8f93\u914d\u7535\u3001\u7ec4\u88c5\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u4ed3\u50a8\u3001\u8fd0\u8f93\u6216\u914d\u9001\uff0c\u6216\u56fd\u5bb6\u5f53\u5c40\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8ba1\u5212\u5f00\u53d1\u571f\u5730\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u5e94\u786e\u4fdd\u571f\u5730\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u8fdd\u53cd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5f53\u5c40\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u7c7b\u522b\u3001\u660e\u793a\u6761\u4ef6\u3001\u6697\u793a\u6761\u4ef6\u548c\u6743\u76ca\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u57ce\u4e61\u89c4\u5212\u4e8b\u5b9c\u4f9d\u636e1976\u5e74\u300a\u57ce\u4e61\u89c4\u5212\u6cd5\u300b\uff08Town and Country Planning Act 1976\uff09\u53d7\u5230\u89c4\u5236\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u89c4\u5212\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u5f00\u53d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1974\u5e74\u300a\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u6cd5\u300b\uff08Environmental Quality Act 1974\uff09\u65e8\u5728\u9632\u6b62\u3001\u51cf\u8f7b\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u975e\u5de5\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u6216\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p
