class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">2006<\/span>\u5e74<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">12<\/span>\u6708<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">8<\/span>\u65e5\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">IMO<\/span>\uff09\u7b2c<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">82<\/span>\u5c4a\u6d77\u4e0a\u5b89\u5168\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6b63\u5f0f\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86\u300a\u8239\u8236\u4e13\u7528\u6d77\u6c34\u538b\u8f7d\u8231\u548c\u6563\u8d27\u8239\u53cc\u8237\u4fa7\u5904\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d82\u5c42\u6027\u80fd\u6807\u51c6\u300b\uff08<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u76f8\u6bd4\u76ee\u524d\u8239\u8236\u6d82\u88c5\u9002\u7528\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u5728\u5206\u6bb5\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u3001\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u9762\u7f3a\u9677\u5904\u7406\u3001\u6d82\u88c5\u524d\u8868\u9762\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u76d0\u9650\u5236\u3001\u7070\u5c18\u7b49\u7ea7\u3001\u6d82\u5c42\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0e\u63a7\u5236\u3001\u5408\u62e2\u540e\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u3001\u6d82\u5c42\u68c0\u67e5\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u8d44\u8d28\u3001\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u5408\u683c\u9884\u8bd5\u9a8c\u548c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3001\u8f66\u95f4\u5e95\u6f06\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u6d82\u88c5\u6280\u672f\u6587\u6863\u7b49\u5341\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6280\u672f\u8981\u6c42\u6709\u660e\u663e\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u8be5\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u5c06\u5bf9\u8239\u8236\u5efa\u9020\u7684\u5468\u671f\u548c\u6210\u672c\u4ea7\u751f\u6df1\u8fdc\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">SOLAS<\/span>\u516c\u7ea6\u7684\u901a\u8fc7\u3001\u63a5\u53d7\u548c\u751f\u6548\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u5f15\u5165PSPC\u6807\u51c6\u7684<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">SOLAS<\/span>\u516c\u7ea6\u7b2c<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">II-1\/3-2<\/span>\u6761\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5df2\u4e8e<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">2008<\/span>\u5e74<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">7<\/span>\u6708<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">1<\/span>\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u3002\u8be5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5c06\u201c\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5efa\u9020\u5408\u540c\u65e5\u671f\u201d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d82\u5c42\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u9002\u7528\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u6545<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\u5c06\u5f3a\u5236\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"BodyBullet-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\"><span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">150<\/span>\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6cb9\u8239\uff09\u63d0\u524d\u5b9e\u65bd<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u8fd9\u6bd4<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">IMO<\/span>\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u5b9e\u65bd\u65e5\u671f\uff08<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">2008<\/span>\u5e74<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">7<\/span>\u6708<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">1<\/span>\u65e5\uff09\u63d0\u65e9\u4e86\u8fd1<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">19<\/span>\u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u8239\u5382\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u56f0\u96be<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5173\u4e8e<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\u4e2d\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8239\u8236\u5de5\u4e1a\u534f\u4f1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u8239\u5382\u5728\u9002\u7528\u65f6\u4e3b\u8981\u9762\u4e34\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56f0\u5883\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u65b0\u6807\u51c6\u4e2d\u65b0\u8239\u7ecf\u8425\u5408\u540c\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u300b\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9020\u8239\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u6d3d\u8c08\u65b0\u8239\u5408\u540c\u65f6\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7d27\u5bc6\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5373\uff1a\u9020\u8239\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0e\u8239\u4e1c\u7684\u8239\u8236\u5efa\u9020\u5408\u540c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u540c\u9644\u4ef6\uff08\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\uff09\u3001\u9020\u8239\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0e\u6d82\u6599\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u4f9b\u8d27\u5408\u540c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9020\u8239\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0e\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u7684\u8239\u8236\u68c0\u9a8c\u5408\u540c\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5bff\u547d\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u5de5\u827a\u8981\u6c42\u7b49\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u5173\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u5c06\u8239\u4e1c\u3001\u6d82\u6599\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u6346\u7ed1\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff1b\u5bf9\u6d82\u5c42\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u73b0\u573a\u76d1\u7763\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u5173\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u4e5f\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u4e0e\u8239\u4e1c\u3001\u6d82\u6599\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u91c7\u53d6\u5171\u540c\u786e\u8ba4\u7684\u529e\u6cd5\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u4e0e\u8239\u4e1c\u7684\u8239\u8236\u5efa\u9020\u5408\u540c\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u6280\u672f\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u8fbe\u6807\u6761\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u63cf\u8ff0\u65f6\uff0c\u8981\u5bf9\u4e0e\u6cb9\u6f06\u5de5\u827a\u914d\u5957\u7684\u65bd\u5de5\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u68c0\u9a8c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4f5c\u51fa\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u5305\u62ec\u5e95\u6f06\u548c\u9762\u6f06\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u9700\u660e\u786e\u6cb9\u6f06\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u6d82\u6599\u7684\u5404\u9879\u6280\u672f\u6807\u51c6\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6ee1\u8db3<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u76f8\u5173\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u8ba4\u53ef\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u538b\u8f7d\u8231\u3001\u6563\u8d27\u8239\u53cc\u8237\u4fa7\u5904\u7b49\u533a\u57df\u7684\u6d82\u6599\u4f9b\u5e94\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u6d82\u6599\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7b7e\u8ba2\u6253\u5305\u4ef7\uff1b\u6216\u4e0e\u8239\u4e1c\u534f\u5546\u91c7\u53d6\u6709\u9650\u5730\u81ea\u6211\u4fdd\u62a4\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5bf9\u6709\u5173\u8239\u8236\u751f\u4ea7\u5468\u671f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5373\u6839\u636e\u5404\u9020\u8239\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u81ea\u8eab\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0e\u5de5\u827a\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u8239\u8236\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u786e\u5b9a\u5f71\u54cd\u751f\u4ea7\u5468\u671f\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u5468\u671f\u589e\u52a0\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5e94\u4e0e\u8239\u4e1c\u7b7e\u7f72\u4fdd\u62a4\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5ef6\u671f\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u505a\u597d\u6210\u672c\u7684\u9884\u7b97\uff0c\u5fc5\u8981\u65f6\u53ef\u91c7\u53d6\u5355\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8865\u5145\u5408\u540c\uff08\u6761\u6b3e\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li class=\"BodyNumbering-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5173\u4e8e\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u9a8c\u6536\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5e94\u5728\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u6d82\u5c42\u55b7\u6d82\u548c\u9a8c\u6536\u5c06\u6309\u7167<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">PSPC<\/span>\u6807\u51c6\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8981\u6c42\uff08<span class=\"Tradegothic9-14-8\">IACS PR34<\/span>\uff09\uff1b<br \/>\n\u5e94\u660e\u786e\u6d82\u5c42\u68c0\u67e5\u5458\u8d44\u683c\u3001\u8eab\u4efd\uff08\u96b6\u5c5e\u65b9\uff09\u548c\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u5728\u68c0\u67e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ea7\u751f\u77db\u76fe\uff1b\u5e76\u4e14\u660e\u786e\u53cc\u65b9\u6216\u4e09\u65b9\u4ea7\u751f\u5206\u6b67\u7684\u5904\u7406\u5e94\u8be5\u901a\u8fc7\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u534f\u8c03\u89e3\u51b3\u548c\u5224\u5b9a\uff1b\u660e\u786e\u5982\u679c\u51fa\u73b0\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u6d82\u5c42\u55b7\u6d82\u5929\u6c14\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u8003\u8651\u9002\u5f53\u5ef6\u957f\u4ea4\u8239\u671f\u9650\uff1b\u5e94\u660e\u786e\u5de5\u827a\u6709\u53d8\u66f4\u65f6\uff0c\u8239\u5382\u5e94\u6709\u6743\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u4e1c\u7ed9\u4e88\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u989d\u5916\u4f18\u60e0\u671f\u53ca\u589e\u52a0\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li
