DESCRIPTION:Advances in technology are impacting the conduct and security of international arbitration. Our seminar will discuss the intersection of international arbitration and technology\, focusing on cybersecurity issues and disruptive technologies. \nOur panelists will consider both the positive and the dark side of advances in technology; how evolving technologies can be used to enhance the resolution of international disputes and deal with new types of dispute\, but also to compromise security\, particularly where parties are unaware of the risks.   \nThis seminar forms part of the Hong Kong Arbitration Week 2017 during mid-October\, which gathers users and practitioners across the globe to Hong Kong to exchange insights on the changing landscape of international arbitration.
